  I can honestly say that my experience with Lori has been absolutely wonderful every single time.   No one informed me Dr. Carlson retired. He was the best! When I made an appointment, all of a sudden its a new doctor here. All I needed was a basic eye exam and now its a $109! So ridiculously overpriced! I never paid that much here! The excuse they gave me is because its a new doctor. Terrible excuse! You lost a customer of many years because of all of this. There was another review with the same complaint that no one told anyone the doctor retired. Why dont you let your customers know! Bad business!

  I will not be returning to this company!!!! I brought in a brand new pair of sunglasses for For eyes to insert the lens, a few days later I received a call stating the frame was broken at the corner where the leg/hinge folds during the technician’s handling. When I asked for an explanation, I was not given a clear or reasonable answer—only a vague answer stating that the item was broken and basically it is what it is approach! There is absolutely no clear escalation process. The only point of contact was a Ms. Lori. Unfortunately, my experience with her customer service was very disappointing. She advised me to “apply glue” to a brand new pair of glasses that were damaged while in their care, which was unacceptable and beyond disgusting! A partial refund was eventually offered after I expressed my frustration, but it did not reflect the value of what was damaged. The resolution felt reactive rather than responsible, and concern for the issue was only shown after I escalated it Overall, there was no real accountability, no problem-solving approach, and no confidence that customers’ items are handled with care. I will not trust this company with my frames again.
