- BTBianca TMay 12, 20261.0Do not take classes here. In most of the classes I took the instructors one hundred percent played favorites, always favoring the skinnier younger girls. When I tried to cancel during the holiday season because money was tight they waited until AFTER my billing date to tell me it was too late to cancel and then proceeded to try and charge me a late payment fee. Every time I've tried to cancel they do the same thing and they still refuse to let me cancel. Save yourself the stress and embarrassment and find somewhere else.

Did the studio know it was my sister's birthday today? No. But should you treat people with respect? Yes... Instead the vitrol and unclenilliness of this studio is unacceptable. 1 star is kind review. The instructors could take a course in customer service. The cleaning staff could take a course in coming to work. And the management/ownership should take notice... Enforcing rules is one thing, treating people with respect is ALSO a thing.
