  I just left WINDY CITY IMPLANT AND DENTAL CENTER 04/20/26 for the second time in the past seven days and I’m am completely blown away. 10 stars cannot describe the services they provide here. After coming to WINDY CITY I’ve learned to appreciate integrity, honesty, hard and dedicated workers. The establishment is State of the Art and the services are exemplary, truly above and beyond! Seriously, I can’t say enough about this place. Dr. O actually listens when you are expressing your concerns to him and responds and recommends accordingly. His assistants are very knowledgeable as well. They all seem to understand that TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK. Their mode of communication is outstanding. I’m too impressed 🤭. The equipment and technology is, well, I’ve never seen anything like it before. The whole building is immaculate. The one thing, well the one I’m writing about today, that made me fall in love with Dr. O and his assistant Ms. Alicia, who serviced me, was they always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I was not in pain. My first visit had me locked in because when the numbing medication wore off I did not have one moment of pain, none. Please do yourself a solid and scheduled all your future appointments at WINDY CITY IMPLANT AND DENTAL CENTER. They truly do not make up work to be done in your mouth as they go along or according to what your insurance will cover. They are absolutely ‘the real deal’ yes! Future photos coming soon.   I had such a great experience today. The level of care and kindness here really stands out. I felt genuinely supported, and they took the time to walk me through my deep cleaning options and explain flexible payment plans with so much patience and care. My whole family comes here and has for many years (10+), and even after they moved from Chicago to Berwyn, I still make the drive because the service and trust are just that strong. Today really reaffirmed that for me. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this one.
