- CWConnor Warriner5 days ago5.0My favorite pair of glasses lost one of the little nose-bridge pad thingies. So I buried them in a drawer and forgot about them. I just found them again after like a year. I was hyped and I forgot why I buried them in the first place. A little time went by and I remembered because they started hurting my nose. I went into Lenscrafters without a lot of hope, but Andrea hooked it all the way up. Gave me two new pads and now I got my favorite glasses back. I'm so hyped again. I didn't even get these there and they helped anyway. 10/10 service. Peace to Andrea.

- SASusan AlassiSep 22, 20261.0I called for appointments they said I take my insurance so when I went there the lady settings far from the door asked me my name she didn't bother to come to me. Then she said they don't take my insurance, other lady said yes we do so I gave her my insurance card put it in the system (For 15 minutes) Other lady took me to the room and for 30 minutes doing the eye tests, she told me there is another test i have to pay for it, I asked her to go to the one she put my insurance in the system, she went there for 10 minutes so I went to ask her, three of them at computer they told me "sorry we don't accept your insurance go look for other provider " after almost an hour. Very bad customer service and they don't know what they doing. So I left .
