Halfway through my daughter's pre-screening, a staff member came into the room and told us we needed to stop so I could continue with my appointment to see the optometrist (I had already completed my own pre-screening). They said we'd have to reschedule my daughter's exam because they wouldn't have enough time to finish it since they had back-to-back appointments. The office was practically empty, and this was my daughter's very first eye exam, so I wish they had shown a little more patience and flexibility. Thankfully, once we saw the optometrist, she completed my exam and then offered to examine my daughter as well. She even explained that they use a different approach with children, something none of the other staff had mentioned. In the end, we both received our eye exams, and I really appreciated the optometrist's kindness and professionalism. However, because of how we were treated by the staff, I wouldn't choose to return.
