- TRTerry Rossi2 days ago5.0My eye was injured and pearl saw me immediately, gave me an exam, flushed my eye, wrote a script, and I was all healed up by the next day. $27 with my insurance. Saved myself a trip to the ER.
- CPCheryl Perkins5 days ago1.0Very expensive place to shop. It's a month later, and I still don't have my glasses worst experience ever. I was told I could not get a refund , but they don't tell you that the glasses will come in whenever they feel like it. I paid over $1700 for 2 pairs of glasses and only received one. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN RETURNED MY CALL.

Went back for a follow up with the Optometrist and she said give it a month and let your eyes adjust. She said call them if I am still having issues. I've been calling and calling; leaving messages and no one has returned my call. So, I called the main Pearl customer service # and told them my story and all they did was forward my call to the same Pearl store I have been calling. I paid $600 for my glasses and I can't see. I can't afford to buy another pair! Don't go to Pearl, they have terrible customer service and wont' fix what's wrong!

- BCBeth CunninghamJun 11, 20265.0The sweetest staff there is! The staff is very friendly, welcoming, transparent, and patient. Dr. Slotemaker was very patient and calm with my 7 and 5 year old. Both of which can be shy, and my oldest has anxiety, I was very appreciative on her calm approach with both of my kids.
