- SCSara CrespoAug 23, 20261.0Filled out paperwork a week before my daughter's appointment, entered insurance information, called to verify the insurance was taken but no one called me back...arrived to our appointment, they had printed all my paperwork, including insurance information and no one said anything. Had the appointment and after they said that will be $128, I asked how is that possible because our insurance covers the visit... she said "oh we dont take your insurance"... I asked why that wasn't communicated beforehand and she responded with "I'm just a fill in I don't know how they do things here". Really disappointed, major lack of communication here that cost us quite a bit of money we didn't have.

I was told I could not get a refund , but they don't tell you that the glasses will come in whenever they feel like it. I paid over $1700 for 2 pairs of glasses and only received one. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN RETURNED MY CALL.

Went back for a follow up with the Optometrist and she said give it a month and let your eyes adjust. She said call them if I am still having issues. I've been calling and calling; leaving messages and no one has returned my call. So, I called the main Pearl customer service # and told them my story and all they did was forward my call to the same Pearl store I have been calling. I paid $600 for my glasses and I can't see. I can't afford to buy another pair! Don't go to Pearl, they have terrible customer service and wont' fix what's wrong!
