  My mother went to this miracle ear recently was seen at this office by there so called hearing specialist who was very nice until my mom said she would like a night to think about it and look at her finances. As you know these hearing aids are very expensive. Once she told him that he became very rude to her and told her if she walks out now he will not give her a discount. He then just walked out of the room. So if you want your parent to be scammed and treated poorly, go to this place.

  Shelly was extremely knowledgeable & helpful to me. The hearing & other tests proved I did have a hearing loss. Trying on the hearing aids definitely made a difference in my hearing. I didn't know how much I was missing in conversations. She did not try to push or force a sale. The cost & payment plan was explained & made me feel confident in purchasing hearing aids from Shelly at Micacle Ear.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS BEFORE, I WAS INUNDATED WITH TEXTS AND VOICEMAILS REMINDING ME ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT AND TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO DO THE PAPERWORK.... I ARRIVED 20 MINUTES EARLY ONLY TO HAVE THE RECEPTIONIST ON THE PHONE WHO HANDED ME A CLIPBOARD TO FILL IN THE PAPERWORK. SHE STAYED ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME UNTIL I FINALLY LEFT AT 10:05 BECAUSE I STILL HADN'T HAD MY APPOINTMENT AND NOBODY HAD TECHNICALLY TALKED TO ME OTHER THAN THE RECEPTIONIST HANDING ME THE CLIPBOARD TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK.
