- MOMaeve OMalleyJun 26, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience. The office charged me a $125 late fee even though I called ahead to let them know I was running behind and arrived only 11 minutes after my appointment time. They told me they have a 10-minute grace period, and I even have a timestamped photo showing I was just one minute over. There was no flexibility or understanding whatsoever. To make matters worse, this fee was never clearly disclosed on the website or during scheduling. Charging patients $125 without making that policy readily available feels unfair and misleading. Unfortunately, the nurse practitioner also provided a poor experience. I believe her name was Romy. I felt rushed, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and the overall quality of care did not meet my expectations. Between the unexpected charges, lack of compassion, and disappointing care, I would not recommend this practice.

I got here and filling out new patient forms and was done by 8:45am. I waited till 9:35am before asking how much longer. They stated I was scheduled for 9:30am which was never told to me. The front desk staff was beyond rude and could care less. Facial expressions and attitude to a new patient. I would never come back here and never recommend anyone else to come here. Horrible!
