She is the best instructor she cares about you your modifications based on your body, she is strong and motivational and she cares about your delivery and correct you and gives some jokes to keep people smiling throughout the amazing workout. She helped make sure I was doing things correctly and helped set up the machine to weights appropriate for a beginner. I really appreciated the extra care I received as a newbie to help me out and most importantly keep me safe. Everyone at this studio has been amazing. Can’t wait for my next class!
