When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. The instructors are all so kind and supportive. They always helped me modify exercises, corrected my form, and made sure I was comfortable. There’s such a positive and welcoming energy here. I also love that they offer cardio, strength, and barre classes, along with fun events. And having childcare available is such a huge bonus for moms! I’m so glad I found barre3 and would definitely recommend it! 🧡🧡

It feels like my home away from home and my happy place. It’s very welcoming and the community is the best. The instructors are all wonderful - always a smile on their faces, willing to help in any way, and so knowledgeable. They all teach classes that leave you feeling great. The studio itself is bright, warm and so clean. 100% would recommend barre3 in bannockburn!

I am pregnant, can I do barre3?
Yes, but, you should always talk with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. Our workouts are designed to give our clients options and our instructors empower clients to listen to their bodies and modify when needed.
Will I sweat and be challenged in a barre3 class?
Yes, in every barre3 class you have the option to level up if you are looking for more of a challenge. We also have props that allow you to create more resistance or challenge your body is different ways. Our barre3 signature class features strength, cardio and mindfulness. You will get your heart rate up.
Can I wear shoes in the studio?
No, class is done barefoot or with grippy socks. However, if you have a foot condition and require the support of shoes, you are welcome to wear shoes. We just ask that they be designated for indoor/studio use and not street shoes. This is our policy so that we can keep our cork floors clean and looking wonderful.
Is there parking where your studio is located?
Yes, there is plenty of free, accessible parking. Our studio is located in Bannockburn Green shopping plaza.
