Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.

This vaccine protects against chickenpox, a disease caused by the varicella zoster virus. Adults born in 1980 or later need two doses.

This vaccine protects against coronavirus. Depending on the manufacturer, up to two doses and a booster are currently recommended.

This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.

This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.

This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.

This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.

This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.

There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.

These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.

This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.

This vaccine protects against shingles, a painful skin rash caused by the varicella zoster virus. Adults age 50 and older need two doses.

These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.

Physical & Wellness Screenings

Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.

When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.

Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.

Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.

Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

My entire family had been customers at this pharmacy since it opened it doors in 2014, this used to be the best pharmacy around when it was run by pharmacists Laurie and Chris. Laurie and Chris left in 2021 and their replacement staff have been nothing but rude and inconsiderate, today 1/9/22 was my worst interaction to date with the pharmacist Amy. This was a request to fill a time sensitive prescription. The pharmacist Amy herself was walking around the store on her cellphone and couldn't be bothered to fill prescriptions. When asked to fill prescriptions by the tech on duty. She outright refused to fill mine blaming it on the computer. I walked by 10 minutes later and saw her filling other prescriptions. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the pharmacy computer. When asked why did she blame the computer, she became defensive and her tone became quite rude and inconsiderate. After this interaction, I decided to move all my prescriptions over to another pharmacy, these guys are so bad that they wouldn't even answer their phones or respond to requests to transfer my prescriptions over. In the end I had to have my doctors re-prescribe all my medications and send them over to my new pharmacy I can no longer recommend this place. You are better off going anywhere but here. It's kind of sad how the new staff / have literally run this pharmacy into the ground.

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for a few years. Chris and Lori and great pharmacists. They always take time to answer any question I have about a new medicine. They have been very helpful with finding coupons for some of my expensive meds. They are very good about giving you an ETA for your refill and sticking to it. Customer service is great!

The lady checking me out rang up mushrooms instead of sweet potato , and I was charged for 39 lbs of mushrooms ! It was a 51.00 plus charge so my bill was over 90 dollars . I did not think I bought that much groceries , so when I was walking out I looked over my bill and found the charge for 51 dollars worth of mushrooms. . My point I’m making is check your bill always , and also she should of at least said she was sorry instead of blaming the wrong plu number on the product . No plu number on sweet potato nor any vegetables ! My guess is she was leaning on the scale !!!! Grrrrr
