  Fox Valley Lens Crafters is a great place for vision care and eye wares. The Doctors are professional and friendly and treat patients with care and understanding , they explain everything plainly. I would recommend this store to everyone, keep up the great work.

  Amazing customer service, Quality products and great prices! Quinton was very helpful. I came in with my husband and purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses and glasses using a prescription from another doctor. Q was training a fellow employee I believe his name was Alex he was also awesome. They made sure we understood everything that was available to us and that we had the best prices . They were Very personable and full of knowledge. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

  I had a great experience today at LensCrafters inside Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, IL. One of the temples on my prescription glasses came loose and the hinge screw was lost. Since the glasses were manufactured overseas, the hinge hole was wider than the standard size typically seen in the U.S., making the repair challenging. Q, the Team Lead, went above and beyond to find a creative solution while I waited and successfully fixed the glasses. His willingness to help and genuine care for the customer was a wonderful example of humanity and exceptional service. Thank you, Q, for going the extra mile. I truly appreciate it!

  Very disappointing customer service experience. I purchased my Ray-Ban glasses from this location only a few months ago, and the frame has already broken. When I brought them back to the store, the manager immediately insisted that the damage was caused by me rather than considering whether it could be a manufacturing defect. What was even more frustrating was that I was told the store would not submit the glasses to Ray-Ban for a warranty evaluation and that I would need to contact Ray-Ban myself. I was simply asking for the glasses to be evaluated under the manufacturer’s warranty, not demanding an automatic replacement. I also asked the manager to print a copy of my receipt so I could contact Ray-Ban directly. Somehow, she printed my husband’s receipt instead of mine. I honestly don’t know whether that was intentional or simply careless, but after the way the entire interaction was handled, it made the experience even more frustrating. I expected much better customer service, especially for a pair of Ray-Ban glasses purchased only a few months ago. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and made me feel like the store had no interest in helping once the sale was completed.
