- LTLaura Topping2 days ago5.0It was a wonderful experience!!! First I saw the tech/assistant -her name slips my mind I'm so sorry! She was excellent with her knowledge!!! And sweet and kind! The Dr. ( Dr. Peachey) was someone who I would send family and friends to for their eye care!!! Very helpful in explaining each part of the eye exam, while also being so easy to talk with. I had no questions because he answered all of them without me asking. I am confident with what he diagnosed and prescribed for me. Melanie was the person who guided me in all the decisions regarding the choosing of frames, explaining the options of lenses. She said she always would tell the patient the optimal, most recommended options first but at the same time understood my choosing a lesser cost but still would explain each level of lenses so I would understand each option!!! So very helpful. She encouraged me in choosing also s pair of prescription sun glasses- at first I was not sure....but now I can see how I will love having those!! Although more than I thought I was going to spend, I realize it is a good investment in my eye care!!! I went to Lenscrafters years ago and was always so happy with service and the Dr. there (in Wheaton Dr. Dejong who is retired) I will go to lenscrafters in Fox Valley Mall again!!!! Laura T

I had to get different lenses because the prescription was to much of a change and caused migraines. They took a coating off my lenses and didnt refund me the difference. I got sunglasses there that they wouldnt change the person so i havent been able to wear them. I had to go im about a dozen times to have the frames adjusted. And they scheduled a exam without my knowledge and now im getting spammed with emails about going in for a yearly exam when i have zero interest in going back. I spent almost $1,000 there and literally cant even use the sunglasses i purchased.
