I truly appreciate the customer service and I highly recommend LensCrafters and will definitely be coming back.

My eye exam was scheduled for 5:00 PM, and I arrived at 5:10 PM. Upon my arrival, the attendant informed me that my appointment had to be rescheduled. When patients arrive early, we are often kept waiting for an hour, yet arriving ten minutes late resulted in an immediate cancellation without any consideration. I traveled a long distance for this appointment, only to have it canceled at the last minute. Furthermore, the attendant was completely uncooperative and showed no regard for customer service. She made no effort to see if I could be accommodated or asked to wait for the next available accommodation This experience was highly disappointing, and I have lost trust in LensCrafters.
