- MMMuha5 days ago1.0My experience at your store was very disappointing, especially because of the behavior of one of your employees, Flippe. She demonstrated poor customer service skills and seemed uninterested in helping customers. She did not properly assist me first and instead moved on to serve another customer while my prescription was already on the table. I was waiting for her to complete my order, but she appeared to disregard me and my needs as a customer. This lack of attention, professionalism, and courtesy was unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and hope management will address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.
