  Needed to upgrade lenses and some frames. Put it off for a long time because a few yrs ago at my last visits it was crowded with terribly long waits and irate customers, not to mention the difficulty of the whole process and errors that occurred. I only went back because it’s close to home and I figured there had to have been improvements, so glad I did. Caden, the employee that waited on me is amazing. Soft spoken, thorough and courteous. He rechecked things during the process to make sure everything was right. He’s the type of employee that will always be an asset.

  I went to the store for help in Arlington heights and the manager Filippa helped me and resolved you problem she was very nice and professional. I really appreciate her services and I highly recommend and prefer going to this foreyes place

  I came in for an eye exam today, everyone was very friendly and professional. I must say, the one person that stands out is Sheila. She provided great customer service and attentive to my insurance policy. Very knowledgeable at what she do. Which in turn, I was able to purchase a new pair of glasses. Big thanks to Sheila and Foreyes - Arlington Heights.

  I was driving to work the other day and went to clean my glasses at a stoplight. Unfortunately, when I did this, the left arm of my glasses broke. I am blind as a bat and I was on my way to work so I had to get my glasses fixed. I pulled into one glasses place and they said they were sorry they couldn’t help me. I Got back in my car and figured I’d try to just tape them or something when I got to work but out of the right corner of my eye, I saw a sign that said FOR EYES!!! I Walked in and was greeted with several smiling faces and everyone said hello. Very friendly. I explained to them what it happened in the Manager told me that she could help me. She took my glasses in the back of a 15 minutes, I was on my way to work. She did not charge me anything to fix them which in this day and age is amazing. I then went back two days later to have them put my old lenses in a New frame that I didn’t even get from them and again there was no charge. This was some of the best hospitality I’ve received in a long time.!!! Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Thank you again so much!!!!
