Rosa was able to find it. Rosa's knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness was wonderful. I finally found a pair of glasses that didn't almost put me in debt. This will be the only place I go from now on. Make sure Rosa never leaves.

Said couldn't get me glasses and told me to see an optometrist and gave me a place to call. When doing the exam she didn't change lens yet kept asking which one was better. Very upsetting about this and not happy at all.

Biggest change in the past 3 years was terrific service with the new retail management and team. They are attentive, conscientious and genuinely seem to care that you are pleased with your glasses. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because I don't understand the high cost of frames.

Staff (Edward and Lauren) were friendly, kind and informative of what to expect with the appt. Dr. Janikowski was exceptional. Her professionalism, knowledge, and relatability was top notch! The entire staff went above and beyond- over all wonderful experience! 10/10
