  Magdalena is amazing! She was very tolerant and helpful as I ordered glasses, then exchanged them for a different pair for aesthetic purposes. She remained cheerful throughout. Thank you! ;)

  I wasn’t planning on getting new glasses during my visit but changed my mind after having such a great experience. The doctor and sales associates were amazing and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back in the future!!

  I just went in to find out some information because l was dissatisfied with my current eye doctor and these people were so helpful, nice and informative. After my visit, I decided to take my whole family in for their eye exams. I really like their customer service and they have a very nice selection of eye glasses.

  Terrible experience. I went in with my daughter and the front desk coded the visit wrong as a contact lens exam and follow-up. That single mistake wiped out our entire insurance credit. When we tried to just order glasses, the staff told us there was nothing left on the insurance and we’d either have to call them ourselves or pay full price. They did some shady-looking calculations and came up with a number. I said I’d come back the next day after speaking with insurance. I called the insurance company and found out For Eyes had entered the wrong code. The insurance told me to contact them while I was at the store so they could fix the claim. I did exactly that and the For Eyes employee pretended not to understand and was completely unhelpful. Eventually the insurance reissued the credit… and after applying it, we still ended up paying the same amount as if we had no insurance at all. Absolute rip-off. I was planning to get eye exams for myself and my partner and order glasses here too. Not happening. This place is dishonest and I will never go back. Before making the review my husband went there and presented the situation. They said that someone will call back! Guess what! Never happened. Avoid at all costs.

  Was trying to be courteous and call them that i was in traffic and would be 7 minutes late and Rosa (who needs a lesson in manners) just flat out was like nope we have to cancel your appointment what!!!! Over 7 minutes? I picked my son up early from camp to bring him here just so I can drive around for 30 minutes wasting my gas and time. No thank you I will not bother making another appointment with this place because i guarantee you if they were running late which they were on our last appointment they wouldn't care. Even if I was to get an apology the way Rosa’s attitude was I would t want to ever step foot back in. Wioletta Zlataric
