  The staff is very very friendly and made me feel welcome. Reason for the lower star rating is because I was given expectations of a visit and x-ray billing cost of low to mid $100s. Unfortunately the bill went over $200 due to an x-ray given with a 2D machine that was unable to detect anything. In order to get a better view I would need to go to a dentist in Jackson for a 3D image. My hope was to get some kind of diagnosis of what is causing numb upper left gums but now there will most likely be another charge of $200-300 and another location. With no insurance and a seasonal job just dont want to have a a never ending growing bill for the issue.

  This is a great dental care practice. In particular, Jess is a FANTASTIC hygienist, very thorough, caring, empathetic and thoughtful to my specific needs. Likewise, the rest of the staff, Mavenee et al, are very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended! About as pleasant a dental experience as possible.
