We have experienced slow filling the prescriptions even when we get a time they will be ready or ask them to be ready. When we ordered it has taken up to as much as 4 days to get it filled and still Their excuse is "should have told us when you want them to be ready, or come back in 25 minutes and we may have them ready" Usually when you order a prescription you get it within 24 hours. Not here. We went to this pharmacy for nearness to our home, convenience and now We have had to go to another pharmacy in town to get timely refills.. The staff is wonderful, courteous and helpful. Just need to work on timeliness of filling the item. This is the manager of the pharmacy issue (not the help) and should be addressed.
