  Excellent, personalized customer service, every time. Excellent selection of quality frames. Also, after a terrible experience somewhere else, MWO made progressive lenses wearable for me.

  SO much friendlier than "the other eye place I have gone to for some years in my town that I won't mention the name". I will definitely make this my new eye connection place for annual visits. Thanks Mountain West for being so friendly and welcoming me in.

  The staff were very polite and helpful. However, the doctor was not pleased to see me as an emergency patient. On the other hand, the eye doctor was not very pleasant and was quite short. He did not explain well and was negative about getting treatment for my eye problem. In the end, he said all treatment is too risky and you just have to learn to leave with it. What was the point of going to the doctor’s visit?
