- RJRobin JamesNov 13, 20242.0I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 2. I was very pleased with the caregiver Homewatch provided at first; she did a good job for the first few weeks. Then she got lazy and wasn't doing her job. Dishes weren't clean (gross!) even after talking to her about it twice, and she did a very poor job of sweeping/mopping. She went so far as to lie to me about cleaning in certain areas that she obviously hadn't. She blamed the dishes not being clean on the dishcloth! She was on a 2 hour shift and it seemed to me that she just wanted to rush thru the work so she could get paid to sit around and do nothing. The office personnel was professional and friendly but the quality of the caregivers they hire is unacceptable.
