  I had such a great experience with Dr. Williams and his staff. It had been years since I had been in the office, and I stopped by because I needed my retainer adjusted. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Dr. Williams overheard me talking with the staff and kindly offered to fit me in if I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes. That level of care and willingness to help really meant a lot to me. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Williams took care of the adjustment quickly and professionally. I truly appreciated the kindness and excellent service!

  Super accommodating staff! My permanent retainer broke in half and they got me in within a couple hours! Doctor definitely makes sure to give you the best options and the girls up front help make it affordable! Staff is friendly and make the visit easy & quick!

  I got my braces here 15 years ago and it was a great experience. Just had to go back for a small retainer adjustment and the experience was perfect. It was easy to get an appointment, everyone was very nice, and the work was taken care of quickly. The office is really clean and welcoming. Highly recommend! Also many of the employees speak Spanish!!
