This past weekend I realized that I hadn’t gotten my usual text to pickup my birth control, which I have been taking for YEARS, without issue. I contacted the pharmacy about it and spoke with the young man that works there. I think his name is Kyle. He is absolutely negligent, and should be fired. When I called, he argued with me and told me that my script was expired and that they had been “coasting off of old prescriptions to get me my refills.” I told him that is impossible, I just saw my doctor in December and she always does yearly refills. He refused to listen and instead told me there was nothing they could do to help me, and that I should go to an urgent care to try and get a doctor to get me a new prescription. Oh, yeah, go to an urgent care and pay $200 to get a script for something I already have?! Anyway, after doing the run around with my doctor and this pharmacy, I went in today to finally get my pills after being without them for 2 days (which is a HUGE ISSUE). The gal that was working was incredibly helpful and actually knew what the hell she was doing. She told me that I have two name records, and that Kyle must have only checked one and not the other. If she could easily see I had two name records, so could he. It is their JOB to be diligent and get people their medications. He was lazy, rude, and completely negligent as I said. I called and spoke with the store manager, hopefully something is done about this because it’s not the first time I have had an issue with this kid. Absolutely despicable, but I appreciate the young lady that helped me today.

While the personnel are nice, this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Three times now this pharmacy has messed up my prescription refill order. Once by me signing for two medications at pickup, but only received one of the medications, and when I notified them that same day they claimed since I already signed for it once that insurance would not pay until next refill date three months later - I paid full price. Another time I requested a refill using the RX# and name on the bottle, but I found when I got home that they gave me a different medication which was one I had just picked up the week before. A third time I was to pick up two medications, but came home realizing they double filled one of the meds but gave none of the other requested refill. Until now, I continued to use this pharmacy for convenience, but after today I’m done forever!

I saw first hand that the staff is negligent, and wont/cant look up people accordingly. My attorney has a lawsuit underway. Poor staff. Sad management. I hope the whole staff is either replaced or trained correctly. Pathetic pharmacy with the worst type of morals

I don’t know what kind of operation they are running here but it’s extremely concerning.
I had surgery today and went to the pharmacy straight after to get my prescription. When I got there the lady had a confused look on her face when she was looking up my order. She kept asking me if I had a twin sister and if I lived in Phoenix. (I don’t have a twin sister and live in Middleton) She asked her supervisor for help and she told her to refill it and that they screwed up the information for my prescription. She then told me to wait 15 minutes and it will be ready. So I wait in my car because I can’t stand (surgery on my foot). I come back after 15 minutes AND THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED!
This is the most absurd and unprofessional experience I’ve ever witnessed. It’s scary to think that this could have happened to anyone with a much more severe situation that relied on their medicine for survival.
Now I have to wait til tomorrow to get my prescription. I hope this never happens again to anyone as it could severely make their lives miserable and or lead to easily avoidable health risks.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!
