Moonlight recovery accepted me w open arms and kindness since the moment I walked in. They provided a bed and my own space within a week of me reaching out without a court order. The councelors treated me w respect and I'm glad I came here. Thank you moonlight!

Being an addict for more than most of my adult life, in and out of jail and even served a short prison sentence, I have finally found the healing in this thing called Life. I will forever be grateful for the staff and clients on my journey to the best version of myself. I can honestly look at myself in the mirror and say "I love you" and actually mean it! I take a personal mission to spread that love I've neglected to give to myself, my family and close friends and to the strangers I come across along the way. I love the me I was intended to be. Clients in our Live-In Programs (minus full residential) are allowed to have their cell phone and may also have visits. We encourage you to stay a part of your family and loved ones while you are in recovery.
Can I work full time while attending treatment?
This depends on the level of treatment you are attending. If you are participating in 2.1 Intensive Outpatient or lower, then you may attend treatment classes and still work full time. It is much more difficult to manage a full or part-time job if you are in any program higher than 2.1 IOP as the hours of treatment are higher each week.
Talk with your Moonlight Counselor to determine if working is a possibility based on your situation.
