  Been trying to deal with them all day to get my glasses replaced and the lady up front is rude and has no customer service skills at all. Finally get the doctor to renew my prescription and the same rude lady over the phone is there when we arrive. Of course we get turned away because all of a sudden she can't pull up my prescription when we drive down there in person, we needed a print out of the prescription, but over the phone she could look it up to tell me it was expired and she couldn't do anything.

  If you have Medicaid avoid this place. They cannot make coke bottle glasses thinner like Costco can. Also the staff seems like they hate their jobs.

  Wonderful thank you so much . We are from out town my son broke his frames and they were pretty quick and affordable. Amazing and definitely pays attention to what the customer needs.

  If I could leave a zero star i would total waste of time they broke my son's glasses and had the nerve to be rude and charge us cost minus a measley 15% off because of there stupidity. Guaranteed we will be going elsewhere from now on.

  Been coming here past 4 years, will be not returning anymore! Very disappointing experience waited 25 mins in line Que just to pick up my one pair of glasses that have been already been ready and paid, Lady at the front was moving as slow as snail… (please pick up your pace a bit) especially there are many people waiting in line.
