  Victress has an amazing attention to detail as they plan out their series and workouts, while also paying close attention to individuals needs and their physical limitations. I am five months postpartum and feel confident that the coaches there can help make modifications for me to suit my needs and help me get stronger.

  They get the importance of and balance of core work. They start wherever you are at, starter to excel but lacking specific things. They will help you in any area and give you the right modification or regression needed to make progress.

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about Victress Movement. Being in a gym that’s only women has made SUCH a huge difference for me. It feels so much more comfortable, supportive, and encouraging than any other gym environment I’ve been in. I was really intimidated by gyms before this, but being surrounded by other women and having coaches who are kind, patient, and genuinely helpful has built my confidence so much. The coaches do a great job explaining movements and helping you feel capable no matter your experience level. I never feel judged or out of place there. And the childcare is AMAZING. As a mom, that alone removes such a huge barrier to being able to take care of myself and stay consistent. It’s been such a gift. The community is welcoming, uplifting, and real. So thankful I found this place.

  If you are searching for a place where women come together in search of health and community, this is definitely the place for you! I have been a member for several months now and the positive impacts that it has had on me as a Mama of three are immeasurable! After having my babies, I struggled to find a place and quite frankly the time, when it came to my health and fitness. I let myself go more than I care to admit and it was a hard place to be and a hard place to crawl out of. I am so grateful that ladies in my neighborhood pointed me to check out Victress. It was exactly what I needed and what I had been searching for! A welcoming community of women with the same goals of getting healthy, getting stronger, in a non-judgement environment that motivates and keeps you wanting to come back! The workouts are designed for each class, and they are led by amazing and knowledgeable coaches. They offer flexible times throughout the day and even offer childcare for some of the class times, which honestly has been so great! Thank you Lainey and Hanna for creating such a welcoming, kind, positive, and motivating space. I feel healthier, stronger, my mental health has improved, and I love coming to workout with strong amazing women!

  I’ve been a member of several great gyms throughout the Treasure Valley over the years, but Victress is truly in a league of its own. What sets this place apart is the depth of care for every individual and for the community as a whole. The coaching is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and grounded in real research, which creates a level of trust you don’t find everywhere. I’ve always loved lifting, but being here has taken that experience to another level. It’s not just about strength. It’s about being surrounded by women who genuinely support and lift each other up. That energy is rare, and it’s powerful. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.
