  Thank you Ruth & the StretchLab team for helping me dramatically improve my flexibly over the past 4 months!   I am running faster and more efficiently plus I recover quicker with the consistent weekly 50min stretching sessions.  Also since I work on a computer all day I really appreciate the relief if feel in my shoulders. Know that each session is tailored as needed based on your feedback and they take the time to listen to how you are feeling that day and focus on those areas. You will see it is a fun, positive environment with great people who genuinely care and want to help you improve your life.

  Cole at the front desk is amazing! Genuine and knowledgeable, he is the reason I initially signed up! And Isa, my flexoligist, is why I KEEP coming back! I always feel better after a session with her; she is smart, kind and personable in addition to being fantastic at her job. This is where you want to go! Thanks guys!!

  Ruth at StretchLab Meridian is amazing. She is very personable and attentive to your needs and abilities. She constantly checks how you are doing as she is in the process of stretching you. She has amazing stretches to open up areas that are compressing nerves. I came in to StretchLab for the first time in December 2025. I was in constant pain in neck, shoulders and hips. Continuous sleep was an impossibility. I was able to get relief from the pain, all the way to my next visits, a week apart! She is a miracle worker and I highly recommend her.

  Alayna is AMAZING! I have said that a video of me walking into and later out of the facility would be a great advertisement. I feel so much better afterwards!
