  I’m very thankful for the care I received from Legacy Smile Family Dental. All the staff treated me with kindness and respect, and the dentist truly listened to my concerns. Every hygienist does their job pretty well. I felt comfortable, cared for, and confident in the treatment I received. It’s hard to find a provider who combines professionalism with genuine compassion, and this office does exactly that—highly recommended!

  Do what you say you are going to do. I requested a copy of a receipt for dental work I had done at this office and was told it would be emailed to me. After an hour passed and I still hadn’t received it, I called back a second time. A different employee answered and told me it would be sent “in an hour or so.” Her tone came across as condescending when I mentioned that an hour had already passed. I understand offices get busy, but communication and follow-through matter. Everyone’s time is important, and treating patients with respect should be a priority. I'm happy to take my money to another detail office!

  Dr. P and and his whole team (especially Leah) have been super helpful, flexible and patient with me during my time with them. I have been going to Dr. P for almost a decade now and have had numerous problems from small cavities up to root canals and extractions that have always been handled with top notch work and honest communication! He's gone above and beyond with aftercare as well. I appreciate Leah's flexibility and patience with me in navigating my account and will continue to go to Legacy smiles for my dental care! 10/10 recommend!

His bedside manner is exceptional, and he took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and positive experience.   My girlfriend strongly recommended I go to Legacy Smiles after a horrible experience at another provider. I’ve now been multiple times over the last few years and what I’ve observed is a place where the staff is highly trained, willing to learn, harmonious coordination, and competent skill to make sure I’m not uncomfortable AT ALL. Obviously there’s always some pain with dentistry but wow are they highly sensitive to any of my discomfort. The front desk staff is also eager to help get you in earlier if there’s a cancellation. Strong, massively high recommendation for these folks. You’re an asset to the community.
