  The worst customer service I've ever experienced at an Eyemart with Ashley and Snowy. The turn over is ridiculous and the manager needs an attitude adjustment. I will be going back to the Boise location where the people are kind and actually want to help.

  Horrible customer service. Inferior products. After 3 weeks the coating started peeling off my glasses and they refused any help.

  They have a great selection and prepared the prescription in under 15 minutes. The service was wonderful. Everyone was really feiendly!

  I spent a lot of money on my glasses. I take very good care of my glasses. They scratched from me cleaning them. Unfortunately, this happened on day 52. My bad, i waited 10 days to go in. Your warranty is good for 60 days. Even if the damage was before. I feel like these may be the most expensive cheap lenses i've ever had. if they can not hold up to be cleaned with my cloth (I was told to make sure to was the cloths) but i just throw them away and use new ones. I am quite livid right now as i spent $600 for glasses that lasted me 2 months and this company will not back their product. Had i known these lenses were this cheap, i would have definitely purchased the "extra" protection, but oddly enough, i've never had this happen to any glasses that i've purchased from Eagle Vision, and that's where i have always purchased from before. They are more expensive, but they stand behind their product unlike this company. They have now lost me as a customer forever but unfortunately, I'm just one person, so they will feel no punishment from me going elsewhere. i will definitely never tell any of my friends or family to use this company and they will never get good words spread from me either. Do not use this company or if you do, make sure that you buy their extra warranty as they do not have a 1 year warranty like any reputable company. Also, be ready to experience super cheap lenses. Make sure that you only wipe them down with brand new cloths as a cloth that is 1 month old will scratch them...can't believe how easy it was to scratch them. Highly recommend going anywhere but this company.

  Dr Fredericksen was great. He was patient with me and my dry eye concerns..and had multiple options of lenses for me to try. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.
