I had a great experience at Eyemart Express! My glasses had broken, so I needed a new pair quickly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I was especially impressed that I was able to get my new prescription glasses the same day. They explained my options and helped me find what I needed without making the process stressful. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Eyemart Express!

Fast to the point, professional, thorough, and even having to bring my kiddos with me I was treated with kindness and patience. By far the friendliest staff, and efficient. I love this location little traffic and I was in and out. My glasses didn’t take the full hour only 11 mins after my exam. 10/10 recommend:)

Nothing tests a parent quite like the 2:00 AM wellness check... especially when it ends with a loud crunch. After stepping on my sick daughter's glasses in the middle of the night, I rushed into Eyemart Express feeling completely defeated... Enter Abraham, who was an absolute lifesaver. He handled everything quickly and professionally, but what truly set him apart was his kindness and wonderful humor. He completely took the stress out of the situation and even joked that if my feet target her glasses again, he’d be ready for round two. Outstanding, compassionate service! Keep it up, Abe!

This place is amazing and the staff was so accommodating, super nice! Hands dwn best service I've ever had at an eye glass place. These ppl are fast and efficient. So my glasses broke Fri night just before bed. I woke up sat and searched the internet and found these guys. Very knowledgeable and quick to help. My frames broke at the bridge so my lenses were good. What's great about eyemart is they have an in house lab. I asked if we can find a smaller profile frame if they can shape the lense to fit. Without hesitation they said absolutely, they also verbalized a disclaimer that even tho they can, it is a small possibility that the lenses could break I was totally fine with that cause if they could pull it off it would save me tons of money. BTW the lenses are about 10 yrs old. I gotta say alexis is a lense shaping magician. It only took about 10-15 mins. No gaps, no cracks. Fits perfectly. Now I can use these for a back up pair and schedule an eye exam I can't wait to come back for new prescription and new specs!
