- LLLauraMar 19, 20261.020-year patient with zero past billing issues…until now. After a routine procedure, I was charged significantly more for two spots identical to ones previously treated. I never received a bill, only saw it on my EOB. I called twice, let them know I never received a bill and explained my concern over the charges. I was told the doctor would call me. He never did. Turns out they had the wrong address. Once updated, I received a letter saying the charges were “accurate” and a notice threatening collections. No explanation, no phone call. I sent partial payment in good faith and asked to discuss the charges and expressed my disappointment with the collections notice since I’ve always paid my bills on time. The response? I was told my letter contained “many inaccuracies” (with no details probably because there were no inaccuracies) and to find another dermatologist. If this is how a loyal, long-term patient is treated, it’s worth considering before becoming a new one.

- ADAngeli DarnocJun 2, 20201.0This office is dirty and cluttered. Nothing is sanitary. The doctor was beyond rude!!!!! I got a bad feeling the moment we went in the room. The doctor knows as much about dermatology as a pig farmer. This doctor should no longer be in business.

He had a quick appt for light therapy but had a couple questions for the dr... the dr came in and was so inappropriately rude to my husband and basically yelled at him. Perhaps he was having a bad day...but we will never go back...nor will we refer this dr to anyone.
