- SHStacy HydeJun 26, 20261.0Last year we paid over $700 for a pair of glasses that have rubber grips where they touch your ear. One of the grips has come apart and is separating so we took them in to get fixed. They said there was nothing they could do about it as the frames were discontinued. Terrible customer service, go to Costco, they stand behind their products.
