- RDRich DahlJul 15, 20265.0Highly recommend!! Went there for a checkup due to vision change. Found out that I had cataracts in both eyes. After cataract surgery returned for post-op checkup. Everyone is very friendly and professional helping you get the best eye care possible. This will be my eye care specialist long into the future.

One of the grips has come apart and is separating so we took them in to get fixed. They said there was nothing they could do about it as the frames were discontinued. Terrible customer service, go to Costco, they stand behind their products.

When I told her I needed glasses and that I hadn't had them before, she led me to the women's section of the store. She explained their two pair pricing, which is great. But I didn't get any help with how to fit frames to my face. I would have liked a little help with that before I was left to shop alone. If you are familiar with what you like in frames and you don't like a salesperson hovering over you while you shop, you would enjoy your shopping experience here. I found some frames I liked. Checkout was pretty quick. They texted me when my frames were done, which only took about 15 minutes. When I picked up my glasses, it was a quick in and out. No fitting, no adjustments, no upselling. Some people like a quick and simple shopping experience. If so, this is the place for you! Overall, I'm happy with my glasses but I would have liked a little more education and assistance.
