- SCSharon CramerJun 4, 20262.0Personally, I felt I was not really accepted by the patrons here. I am older- late 70s- and in poor shape for pilates. The staff gave private help appts. And were so helpful, but the clientele seemed very judgemental and not friendly in any way. Pretty ovious they were not my people.

The instructors help tailor each exercise so a beginner or a seasoned athlete can still still get a great workout with the same equipment. The owner/managers/desk employees are all friendly and helpful as well. I began classes in April and I feel so much stronger and more balanced, and I have gone down two pant sizes. Great workout and great studio!
