I had a very disappointing experience at Sav-On Pharmacy in Hailey. I was initially told my prescription would take about 20 minutes. After waiting and coming back, I was told I needed to wait another 15 minutes with no explanation or apology. After over an hour of waiting, I was then informed the prescription could not be filled due to a system issue with the prescription date that had not been communicated earlier. This led to unnecessary and avoidable delays. At that point, I was sent away without resolution and had to contact my doctor’s office, who then called the pharmacy directly to fix the issue. After that, I had to return again to finally pick up my prescription. The entire process took nearly two hours in total, much of it spent waiting in my car with my dog due to the expectation that it would be ready soon. Communication throughout the process was poor and inconsistent. One younger employee, Mirasol, was particularly dismissive and condescending when I politely asked for an update, stating, “It’ll be ready when it’s ready.” This is not the first time I have experienced similar interactions. While some staff were helpful once the issue was escalated, the overall experience was marked by delays, lack of communication, and unprofessional customer service.

Stopped by yesterday and waited in 30 min line only to be greeted by a VERY RUDE Hispanic younger woman who in a condescending almost angry and very short manner said my medications weren't ready and I should move on. No explanation, just a huge attitude like I was wasting her time. Won't be going there again. Its a shame - I've lived in the WRV for 30+ years and the place used to be friendly, not so much anymore.

I had the best experience at this pharmacy, it was close to closing and i needed a script filled for my sick kid, and i have been turned away from other pharmacies this late, but the pharmacist jason and technician moses went above and beyond and filled the medication, moses made me feel welcomed and even cracked some jokes, and they even stayed late. i’m so appreciative of them.

Usually packed and seems to be understaffed most of the time. You will have to wait for a bit just to talk to someone. I would say anytime after 2 p.m. there's a decent line. But they always get the meds and I recommend calling ahead to make sure they received the order from your doctor.
