What I especially loved about our visit was the ease of finding the location (great signage), the excellent parking literally feet away, a lovely reception area (with drinks and snacks) and how easy to find the restrooms! Now, the BEST part was Alexander's kind demeanor, excellent knowledge of the Miracle-Ear device, thoughtful and patient way of ensuring I understood how to pair the devices to my phone with Bluetooth, and that I was comfortable taking my devices off and on. What a delightful experience and well worth the time and price!
