  I cannot recommend Kimberly Lynne at Lynne Hypnosis & Wellness enough. I was looking for a hypnotherapist in Boise who offered a more subconscious approach than traditional talk therapy, and I am so glad I found her. In just a few sessions, I’ve experienced a massive breakthrough. Kimberly is a highly skilled Board-Certified Hypnotist who creates a safe, professional environment for deep healing.   So great! I really enjoyed it. It was such a great release and much more helpful than talk therapy. I felt calm and more at peace with a lot of things and have been more relaxed and unbothered by things that could normally be triggering

  Kim absolutely changed my life. I’ve suffered through a panic disorder my whole life. I’ve seen all the doctors, tried all the medications. I found Kim on TikTok and something about her just drew me in. And I’m so glad it did. My brain has changed! In a great way. I’ve gotten rid of all my other therapists and will only be meeting with Kim now. The trauma work is so intense and healing. It’s hard to explain. And I have all these new tools to combat the panic… when it’s even there. I could not recommend her more!
