  This is the best butt kickin ever. Now 1st and foremost you have to understand it's your class and can be whatever you need for that class. The instructor does an amazing job letting participants know we are all different every body needs something but it might look different. No one should be comparing themselves to anyone else. I have a runner type physical appearance. I've been asked my entire life or assumed I'm a runner. I have always been last in any run. I dreaded the mile run in school. I took the cardio class last night. It was very difficult but nothing like I expected. I'd go back and do it again. I usually do the sig class. I've experienced many of the instructors and they are all amazing. They give great instructions with modification if needed. I've had Shannon, Jenna, Sydney and more.

  I’m hooked. I started with a 4 class a month membership and now I signed up for unlimited classes because I can’t get enough. Barre3 is such a positive vibe, when you walk in there you feel so empowered and supported, and when you walk out you feel so accomplished. All staff make you feel so welcome when you walk in. All instructors are super attentive and knowledgeable. I’m so appreciative they aren’t afraid to correct my form sometimes, so I don’t injure myself. I can’t get enough of Barre3 in Eagle, I love it there. ❤️

  I’m so grateful to this studio and all the exceptional instructors here. They lead every class with an expertise that you do not get at a larger gym. It’s obvious they are educated specifically to prevent injury, build strength, flexibility and functional fitness. I take classes primarily via zoom and they have the ability to verbalize proper form so I can correct myself! Thank you for the individual approach and caring atmosphere your studio provides, I will forever be a Barre3 student!❤️

  I can’t say enough about the Eagle location. From walking in the doors and welcomed for my first class to the introduction to the instructor. I’ve been looking for community as I own my own business. This is a great community and sets you up for feeling better when you walk out the door. Thank you Eagle Barre 4. ♥️
