  My husband and I went together. The time frame was completely set aside just for us which I appreciated. She took the time to explain the different therapies, which was interesting, and her own journey. We both opted for the Cryo. The cold time I thought went super fast, and before you knew it we were done. Waiting to see the results, but after planting almost 10 trees the day before I was not as sore as I expected. Very hopeful.

  I didn't know what to expect with my 1st Cryo therapy appointment. The owner Susan, was amazing and made the whole experience delightful. I will definitely be going back, with interest in not only Cryo, but the other wellness offerings. -Dave

  The amazing staff at Coeur cryo go out of their way to ensure you understand the in-and-out treatment you receive and provide a clean location with many amenities for your comfort. It's definitly something worth a try if you haven't experienced it. Felt refreshing and relaxing.
