  My husband and I went together. The time frame was completely set aside just for us which I appreciated. She took the time to explain the different therapies, which was interesting, and her own journey. We both opted for the Cryo. The cold time I thought went super fast, and before you knew it we were done. Waiting to see the results, but after planting almost 10 trees the day before I was not as sore as I expected. Very hopeful.

  My husband and I both wanted to try an infared sauna for a variety of health and wellness reasons. Coeur Cryo honored our Groupon deal, which enabled us to enjoy the sauna together. The office and sauna are a clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Using the infrared sauna did prove beneficial. With my chemical sensitivities, I prefer less fragrant linens. We will enjoy returning for the remainder of our sessions!

  I cannot express how much Susan at Coeur Cryo has changed my life!! Not only has her treatments decreased my level of pain and swelling, but they have also given me hope for a more functional future as well!! I would highly recommend trying this to see what it can do for you and your life as well.

  My experience at Coeur Cryo has been uplifting, rejuvenating and just plain fun! The staff is friendly, authentic, knowledgeable, and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, cozy & truly feels like a relaxing home away from home. I tried the full-body cryotherapy and cryo facial. I was a bit nervous to try them at first, but instantly felt at ease by the staff taking the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Both services left me feeling refreshed and energized - a stranger even commented afterwards that I was glowing! I left with a warm cup of bone broth and ready to book my next appointment! Bonus that I can bring my kiddos with me to play with the kid-friendly activities available. This mama will be going back as many times as I can!
