- CHCourtney HallJul 13, 20265.0Pure Barre Boise is fantastic, there’s a great mix of super challenging workouts that will make your body feel like jello and active recovery workouts (like align which uses movements from yoga!) since starting barre I have significantly less pain when I run since it help with all the stability muscles. ALSO all the instructors are amazing.

I love the atmosphere and the little community that it has established here in Boise. The instructors and owners are there taking classes and everyone is beyond friendly and willing to help answer any questions you have. The class itself flies by and the 55 minutes is over before you know it! I have brought my husband to their date night classes and he always comes out amazed at how hard it is! They always have fun things to do, challenges, Barre in the Park, Date Night, etc. It's a must try! As soon as you start, you won't be able to stop!
