    I had my consultation and first training session with Jim today, and it was incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. Not only does he have state-of-the-art equipment, but it’s the attention to detail throughout the gym that really stood out. The space is welcoming, professional, and clearly designed with purpose. What I appreciated most was how much time Jim took to understand me before we ever started training. He asked thoughtful questions about my goals, training background, and previous injuries so he could tailor the session specifically to my needs. I’ve been strength training for years and honestly thought I had a pretty solid understanding of how to train effectively. After spending just one hour with Jim, I realized there was another level I hadn’t experienced yet. During the workout, he was incredibly attentive, helping me find the right weights, dialing in my form, and making sure I was getting the most out of every movement. He constantly provided feedback, encouragement, and education, explaining not just what to do, but why. It was obvious he wasn’t just putting me through a workout—he was coaching me to perform better and get results. What really stood out was how invested he was in my success. Throughout the session, he continued asking questions, adjusting as needed, and making sure every exercise aligned with my goals. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have worked with a lot of trainers. Hands down, this was the best personal training session I’ve ever had.     Jim has been doing a great job of keeping me motivated. After a sports knee injury and surgery, I have been doing a lot of physical therapy. Jim developed a personalized workout routine that puts a lot of focus on leg strength so I can get back to normal as fast as possible. Highly recommend.

    I wish I could give more stars! Jim was professional throughout our meetings, was able coach me healthily through a bulk then for the summer get me ready with a lean cut. Great hands on approach too fitness, personalized my workout plan based on previous injuries and I stayed safe throughout each session. Appreciate all the hard work and dedication Jim puts into his clients and look forward to seeing him grow in the valley.
