  I had a great experience thanks to Ashley’s exceptional help. Even though she found out I was waiting for my exam in three days and wasn’t scheduled to work that day, she was very attentive and supportive. My wife and I picked out frames together, and Ashley provided a clear quote for both the frames and lenses. This made the process smooth and efficient, so we didn’t have to go through the whole selection again later. Her professionalism and thoughtful approach made all the difference.

  I had the unfortunate experience of sitting on my glasses and seriously bent the one ear piece. Came to Eyemart Express to see what they could do. I was greeted by Jess who was very helpful. She didn't know if she could save them but said she would try to bend them back. When I told her I sat on them she said "you know hindsight is 20/20". I liked the pun! Well after 5 or so minutes she had them back to their original shape. She also said there would be no charge. She gets an A+ in all areas of service. Thank you Jess for your smile and professionalism.

  Manager Alicia has helped adjust my glasses for 5 years. She is amazing. She always takes her time and does an excellent job. I have a very stubborn pair of glasses that I have had in at least 6 times to different peope with no luck. Alicia took her time and they fit great. No slipping or ear pain. When you have something on your face all day like glasses they need to be comfortable. She nailed it! Thanks Alicia

  I can’t thank this office enough! I was visiting Boise from McCall when I lost one of my contact lenses, which was an absolute nightmare while being two hours from home. I called to see if there was any chance they could help me with a trial pair, and without any hesitation they said yes. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, even though I wasn’t an established patient. They turned what could have been a really stressful situation into such an easy experience. That level of compassion and customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about people, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you again for saving my vacation!
