Really rude pharmacy tech. Just switched my RX over from Fred Meyer’s and had some insurance questions - like why my price here was higher than Fred’s. Tech pretty much told me - “IDK, take it up with your insurance”. Pharmacist never asked me if I had any questions on the medication, which is a potentially dangerous RX. It was a pretty negative experience. Needless to say I’m switching back and this is the last RX I’m gonna fill at this Savon/Albertsons. Sometimes I read negative reviews and figure the person complaining must have been a “Karen” or there was more to the story. In this case I’m was nothing short of a friendly guy met with shortness, rudeness and unprofessional (some could say unethical not offering advice on the RX) behavior from the staff.

Jordan Elwell is, without a doubt, the most incompetent and ignorant person I, or literally any person I have ever talked to about him, has ever met. Not only does he not know how to do his job, he will ignore customers that request a consultation and literally walk away during the consolation and refuse to complete it (which is illegal). He will also intentionally fill controlled medications incorrectly and in dangerous and harmful ways that could cause infection, underdosing, and death, then act like it's someone else's fault entirely. SHAME ON ALBERTSONS FOR CONTINUING TO LET THIS MAN CAUSE HARM!!!

Jordan is amazing! I have had issues with providers making mistakes with my medication, but he is always there to make it right. The employees always greet me with a smile, even on days I can tell they are either having a bad day, or are swamped.
