An older man in the pharmacy makes very inappropriate “jokes” which my family and I have all experienced over the past years. The things he talks about should absolutely never be said in a workplace, much less a pharmacy. I work as a hiring manager in the healthcare field, and I would never hire anyone like him. Management is obviously okay with this behavior, since it’s been years. Sure to say, he drove us away. It is extremely concerning that a certain pharmacist is not able to answer basic questions without looking it up on Google. Any time I ask her a question, I watch her pull her phone out and consult the internet. I could have easily done that myself, but I expected the pharmacist to be educated. I am not one to leave a negative review, but it’s important to warn others about this pharmacy. If you want to put up with complete unprofessionalism and inadequacy, this is the place for you.

Kylie helped me today, employees like her are the reason I keep coming back! This is one of the most organized, fast, and friendly pharmacies in the Treasure Valley. Their level of professionalism is top-tier.

I’ve tried calling multiple times because I need my prescription. I also reached out to customer service, and they couldn’t get a hold of the pharmacy either. It’s a very frustrating and odd situation. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy.
