It’s fun using the reformer and springboard. My core is getting stronger, and all the teachers have been great!

- KDKayleigh DoneyAug 4, 20262.0Horrible regulars make the classes feel unwelcoming. Teachers are great, but the front staff is not helpful. Nobody answers the phone, so cancelling the membership is almost impossible. Came in to the club to cancel in person, but to cancel they charge a $100 cancelation fee, and we have to be approved by a manager, who is conveniently out of office for like two weeks. Edit: spoke to the manager today (so the front desk lied about the manager being out). Manager was very sweet and helpful. We finally got the membership canceled and she apologized for the inconveniences I’ve had. I know some things like what the other members say are out of their control too, but it’s helpful for others to be aware of. I gave them another star but it’s not for the club, just for Stacey, the manager, for finally giving us proper closure.
