  I started my day with yoga at 5:30 am with Erin. It was a great start to my day. Erin’s playlist is amazing and her yoga flows are very good. Ended with some poses held longer and just melted into our mats. Just perfect.

  The best decision I ever made was to join! The variety of classes is perfect for every stage of your practice. Every teacher is so kind and motivational. The energy and vibe is everything you could want. I absolutely love this place.

  Love this studio! Everyone is friendly and provide a warm welcome when I walk in the door and still amazed at how quickly the staff remember your name! The facility is clean and they have a regimen they keep after every class from their cleaning protocol to those cold towels they provide after every class! These towels are the best and have a nice essential oil scent. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the exceptional skill level of the instructors. Their prompts guide us every step of the way from the beginning to the end of the movement including when to breath, to the detail of when to inhale and when to exhale! Most of all the classes fit every skill level! Thank you for opening up this facility in West Des Moines!
