Wolfe Surgery Center opened in 2019 as a growth replacement for the previous suite which was inclusive of the Wolfe Eye Clinic building in West Des Moines. This new facility is the largest ophthalmology specific ambulatory surgery center in the state of Iowa and will serve patients from all over the Midwest for medical conditions of the eye. Wolfe Surgery Center boasts state-of-the-art technology and doubles the surgical capacity from the previous Wolfe Surgery Center suite.
Wolfe Eye Clinic surgeons have specialized fellowship training in the areas of cataract and refractive surgery, cornea and external disease, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus, oculoplastics, and medical and surgical retina.
