Long story, but I eventually booked an appt with WP’s optometrist. And I was able to try and return glasses two different times before my third pair finally felt right. Their return policy is amazing, which is important for such a specialized product.

The optometrist is straightforward and plainspoken and was thoughtful in addressing my questions and my needs. One slight warning: the Warby Parker website will allow you to book an appointment earlier than the mall hours. That's on Warby Parker and not on the location. Fortunately, I was able to rebook while inside the mall and before the store opened, so the only loss to me was a bit of time from showing up before opening hours.
