  I have been going to Dr NcNurlen for over 10 years and unfortunately he brought his son-in-law, Austin, into the practice. I was denied my bi-annual cleaning today because of the new policies the Austin has put in place. Your information is not your own here. If you read their policy they make you sign before service, your information is saved and will be used in medical studies. I had the audacity to say no. Austin then had a "conversation" with me in the waiting room in front of other people. He attempted to pressure me into signing, he made my issues with keeping my medical information private sound irrelevant, and would not take no for an answer. He then informed me if I did not sign I was not welcome there and had to find serves elsewhere. Austin has an issue with consent and the word NO.

  Such a wonderful experience from the helpful front desk staff that greeted me with a smile, to Amber the hygienist and her bubbly personality, to Dr. Steil who was professional and knowledgeable in ways I can keep my teeth strong and healthy. Very pleased with my dental experience.
