Power Life is boutique fitness in Waukee. Movement here is never on autopilot. Every class — yoga, sculpt, barre, Pilates — is taught by instructors who care as much about your attention as your effort, because that's where the real work happens. Some days that looks like a slow, deliberate flow. Other days it's a Power Sculpt class that has you focused on nothing but the next move. Same intention, different intensity. New here? Yoga
Heated power yoga for every level — strength, breath, and focus.
A heated, full-body practice that builds strength, mobility, and focus. Show up, do the work, leave stronger.
Heated yoga with added weights — the practice you know, more load, more strength.
A slower, restorative practice to recover and reset. Deliberate movement and breath, with room to let the work settle.
Guided stillness to steady the mind and sharpen focus — a grounded practice on the mat and off.
Group Fitness
Sculpt, barre, Pilates, and functional training to build real strength.
Our most popular class: weighted strength, cardio bursts, and continuous movement in the heat. No downtime, every muscle group, every time.
Ballet-inspired and heated. Small, precise movements plus cardio bursts that hit the muscles other classes miss. Deceptively hard.
35 minutes, unheated, all-out: cardio, strength, endurance, and core with minimal rest. A serious sweat on a tight schedule.
Heated mat Pilates with light weights and props — reformer-style work without the reformer. Low impact, full body, seriously focused.

- NPNancy PassotOct 23, 20235.0While visiting East Des Moines, I attended power life. Maddie was the instructor for two of the fit classes that I attended. The classes were fun, easy to follow with the perfect amount of intensity. The room was spacious and well organized. The locker room was clean. I highly recommend the studio.

- ARApril RabikMay 22, 20175.0I started attending Power Life Yoga a year ago and really enjoy all of the different classes Power Life has to offer. With working out many times a week, I was surprised to see the great results I have had while attending yoga at Power Life. Another great benefit I noticed while attending classes, I feel less stressed and relaxed when leaving my workout. The instructors are awesome and really try to make sure you leave class feeling rejuvenated.
