  The workers were so kind and took us on a tour of the facility and explained each thing. I really appreciated that and they made us feel very welcome and important. They seamed very informative but not pushy. I would love to come back.

  I visited Pause for the Flotation Tank and did a 60 minute session. This was my first ever Flotation session and also my first visit to Pause. The flotation was amazing and Pause is very impressive! I was checked in and given a short tour of all the different equipment and services by Zarin. He also gave me several very helpful tips about using the flotation tank. Pause also offers several rooms with both a Sauna and a plunge pool in them. They have a full body light therapy bed and a cryogenic chamber too. I highly recommend checking out this place!

  Tried the contrast therapy today. It was excellent! The spa is clean and the employees are friendly. I like that the contrast therapy includes a shower/pamper component as well. I’m impressed by the variety of services available. This is definitely an elevated spa! My husband and I are going to try the Float therapy next.

  What a wonderful experience! Josh and the entire pause team does an amazing job running a clean, comfortable, welcoming, rejuvenating space! Shoutout to Miracle & Becky for being so helpful and kind!!!

  I did the float tank and i really enjoyed it! Only thing was the music stopped about half way through? which didn’t bother me since I didn’t want it playing anyways but it wouldn’t turn back on for my boyfriend but besides that it was a great experience
