  We came in for IVs. PAUSE has a relaxing elevated atmosphere. Jasmine welcomed us in such a genuine way, helped check us in. Taylor our nurse was excellent administering our IVs. Thank you!

  The contrast therapy with sauna and cold plunge tub was a great one-hour reset for my muscle aches and my mental tension. The float experience was incredibly relaxing but my own brain made it difficult for me to relax in the tank! I will definitely be back to do it all again!

  10/10 EXPERIENCE AT PAUSE!!!! Yesterday, two of my friends and I decided to give Pause a try and check out their IV treatments, and let me tell you… WE LOVED IT! 🙌💉 From the second we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome! As first-timers, we had absolutely no clue what to expect, but the staff walked us through the whole check-in process and made everything super easy. No awkwardness, no confusion, just good vibes from the start! Then we met our nurse, and he was AMAZING! 🤩 Not only was he super knowledgeable, but he made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect throughout the visit. He took us back, got us all settled into our spots, and walked us through the IV process step by step. Basically, we went in as newbies and left feeling like we were practically IV professionals! 🤣💧 And the laughs?! OH. MY. GOSH. 😂 Between the conversations, the amazing staff, and all the good vibes, we were having ourselves a whole a grand old time! The staff even offered us tea, snacks, and other drinks. I mean, HELLO?! Are we here for IVs or did we accidentally check into a luxury lounge?! 😂☕️🛋️ Everyone was so welcoming and friendly that it honestly felt like we'd known them for years instead of just meeting them that day. The atmosphere was comfortable, relaxing, and full of laughs. We came in as three first-timers and left feeling like part of the Pause family! ❤️ If you've been thinking about checking out Pause, THIS IS YOUR SIGN! Go check out everything they have to offer. The staff is fantastic, the experience was top-notch, and we had an absolute blast! 10/10 — WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! FIVE STARS Will we be back? ABSOLUTELY! 😂💧It was well worth the 2hr and 45 min drive we endured to get there. At this point, they might as well save us our spots because we're coming back for round two! ❤️

  After being overcharged and attempting to reach someone for almost 2 weeks I finally got a hold of someone after they made more than seven phone calls to me in the morning after I requested they only text me as I was working. When I finally had a chance to answer my phone the woman who was very rude said "well we felt since you had time to text you had time to talk" SERIOUSLY?? HOW RUDE CAN YOU POSSIBLY BE???? Did it ever occur to you that I'm in a position where I can't speak out loud and I need to text??? What a disorganized bunch of madness and the worst customer service ever!!!!!

  I went in for a vitamin IV. When she put the IV in I started to be light-headed and my heart was racing and I told her how I felt and wanted to stop! She said oh you're going to be okay and she said I'll turn down the drip a little bit. well I could not take it the entire time and quit 10 minutes early. I was feeling faint and my heart was doing something weird. I felt off the rest of the afternoon and evening and the next day my heart went totally out of rhythm and I had to call an ambulance. I went to the hospital and they were able to get my heart back in rhythm and they gave me a medicine to use if it happened again. Thank God it hasn't happened again but I probably won't ever use them again because of that. I have used another place and and didn't have any issues. It was something with the medication or the way it was administered I don't know. But going there cost me thousands of dollars for the ambulance, hospital ER and followup doctor appointments.
