  I highly recommend Pause in West Des Moines! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest people who took the time to explain my session and how to get the most out of the experience. The owners are incredible and helped me schedule the perfect session for what I needed. I enjoyed an infrared sauna contrast therapy session, and it was one of the most calming and refreshing experiences. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely at ease. I even loved their body oil so much after using it that I purchased some to take home! I’m already looking forward to booking more services in the future.

  I didn’t know I could keep the lid open and I was claustrophobic. I couldn’t relax because of it. Wish the water was a little warmer.

  The gal helping us today was super sweet, friendly and helpful. It was my husband's and my first time there and we did compression therapy together. The space was very comfortable, clean and calm. And they even offered complimentary tea to enjoy with our treatment. The tea was high end, a very nice loose leaf. We enjoyed the turmeric ginger. Thank you.

  I highly recommend Pause to anyone looking to reduce stress, practice self-care, or simply experience something truly restorative. As a first-time float tank client, I appreciated how thoroughly they explained the process and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience. I am already looking forward to my next session!
