  I went to Pause to try float therapy for the first time. It was such a relaxing experience! The place is clean, modern, and comfortable. They give you a tour of all their services before you begin your appointment and answer all your questions. They provide everything you need for before and after the float therapy. This was a great experience for me and I’m excited to go back to try out their other services.

  A great place! Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and chill vibes. I would def recommend. (I went in for contrast therapy)

  Jasmine at the front desk was so informative. She gave me a tour and explained everything. I really enjoyed the infrared sauna and cold plunge. I’m looking forward to going back

  Came here for the first time and tried compression, very satisfied with the service. But most of all, Mackenzie was a huge help in making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Would definitely come here again.

  Outstanding facilities and friendly staff! Many recovery and wellness services available. I went for post workout soreness and woke up feeling amazing the next day after doing contrast therapy.
