They have lenses on hand but I wanted transitional lenses so they had to be mailed off which was completely fine. I am also not from the Des Moines area, so I asked if they can be shipped to my home. They could! Just $10 shipping and that's it. I felt taken care of. I would 1000 percent recommend them. Plus its in the mall. Easy to find and other stores to check out.
