  Caring Hearts Home Care helped both a lifelong friend and a close relative. Receiving care at their homes was much, much better for both people than moving them to assisted living. Caring Hearts is local and operated by the owners and that makes a real difference. Susan and Tom are wonderful people, sincere and professional. They were always right there to answer my questions and offer helpful, informed advice and recommendations. Susan and Tom truly care about their clients and it is very comforting to have them look after a loved one. Every person on their staff of caregivers who I met was personable, knowledgeable and conscientious.

  Caring Hearts Home Care was a true “life preserver” for our family. It preserved the way our mother wanted to live her life, in her own home and later as she neared the end of her life, in our home. I know God directed us to Caring Hearts. They helped navigate this unfamiliar path we were on, like you would expect from a good friend or family member. We used so many of the different services, but our mother really appreciated not just the assisted daily care, but also the fun she had playing her favorite games with them. I can’t say enough about how thankful we were to be able to keep our mother happy and cared for in the manner we could not have done on our own. Care givers always wrote notes about their time together. I still have the notebook, and cherish and feel grateful for the memories.

  Caring Hearts assisted my parents for just over 3 years and provided them with very thoughtful and respectful care. My parents needed 24/7 care but preferred to stay in their home, which Caring Hearts allowed them to do. The Caring Hearts team was very knowledgeable, friendly and focused on making my parents comfortable and happy. They communicated well with my brother and me and were able to adapt as circumstances with our parent’s healthcare needs changed. I recommend Caring Hearts for in-home health care services.

  I have been using Caring Hearts to assist my mother for 6 years. Mom resides in an independent care facility and does not require assistance with daily living activities. However, as she does not drive at age 95, she relies on Caring Hearts for companionship and transportation for shopping and appointments. Susan and Michelle are always responsive when Mom calls and are truly caring. Especially as I live in Georgia, I can rely on Caring Hearts to respond to her needs like family.
