  I took my almost 6-year-old here for a consult on having some cavities repaired. I took her to the Mt Pleasant location. The staff that greeted us weren't overly friendly. They didn't allow me to go back with her for the x-rays which is understandable but told myself and my scared child they'd get my right after. 30 minutes later they finally came to get me, and they'd already finished with her completely. The wanted to us to give her valium at home, then bring her in to also have gas, but not allow us in the room with her for the procedure. I just got bad vibes and felt red flags go up. Had a 2nd consult today elsewhere and it was 150% the opposite feeling. We were greeted with smiles and happiness. They encouraged us to go back with her for the consult and have no problem with us being in the room for the procedure. They also thought there was no reason for her to have valium.

  Dr. Mike and Dr. Michaela at the Children’s Dental Center are exceptional! Their patience, and ability to make kids feel comfortable make such a difference. They take time to explain things, answer questions, and make dental visits a positive experience. The entire team creates a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear they truly care about the children they serve. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, outstanding dental care for their kids!

  I really I appreciate how kind and person centered they are. They work with you and explain in the way you understand. I have had poor experiences with dental providers in the past however I will definitely continue bringing my kids even though it’s a commute for me. It’s worth the drive.
